Description
Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga is a beginner level class designed to provide introduction on paddleboard safety and basics combined with yoga movement and exercise. Attire and Needed Items: flexible comfortable clothing, water bottle, towel and water shoes if preferred.
Requirements: Participants must have general knowledge on how to swim and tread water for at least 30-60 seconds. Water depth will range from 6 inches to over 12 feet. Some yoga experience preferred. Paddleboard and accessories will be provided. A life jacket will be provided to each participant and is required to be worn during class.
