Traditional African dance has influenced many modern day dance moves. Learn powerful choreography that burns calories, builds endurance and lifts the spirit.
Welcome to Sesa Wo Suban! Ayodele's Path to the Crown of Womanhood. This youth program is designed to help young dancers learn to use creative expression to explore their own identities, hopes and dreams, while developing their self-image. Girls participating in this invigorating 10 week program will learn the fundamentals of African music and dance while building personal development skills necessary to maintain themselves as individuals in this society.
