About This Activity
The Junior Flag Football program provides participants with knowledge of introductory offensive and defensive football strategy. Each participant learns the basics of the game with the opportunity to put their skills and knowledge to use in a positive competitive environment. Through the course of the season, players will build on principles taught the previous week, and learn a comprehensive knowledge of play calls and how playbooks operate.
