A general movement drop in session that is reflective of the techniques that I use prepare physically for rehearsal and performance. We will learn how to one can engage body positively in self diagnostic and use functional movement to develop our individual body musculature, balance, and power. We would use elements of Viewpoints, Laban, Alexander Technique, Body Mind Centering, body weight training, and yoga. Each subsequent week I would then tailor the class toward that week's turn out, focusing on each of your specific physical needs. Come one come all.
