Spanish Gastronomy Workshop
Level required: A2
In this short course, students will see some techniques of traditional Spanish cuisine, as well as the latest culinary trends used by top chefs worldwide.
During the workshop, attendees will try samples of typically Spanish food (e.g. tortilla), wine, and dessert.
New students who are not complete beginners must take a placement test. It is made up of two parts: written (multiple choice section & a short writing sample) and oral (brief conversation with an instructor). The test is offered Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. No appointment is necessary.
