Students will be able to enhance their understanding of acting the fight using Laban, as well as better understand movement efficiency, ergonomics, and performance. With hands-on guidance from the instructor and video feedback, students will be able to see the changes and adjustments accomplished in order to apply Laban to their performance life. Over the course of two days, students will be given instruction on performance somatics, alignment, movement fundamentals, anatomy, breath, and more, and how to directly apply the material to their work.
