About This Activity
Description
Every Friday for 3 weeks the kids will learn many different drills and workouts to strengthen their balance, agility and endurance. They will have body weight workouts along side their agilities and stretching. Learning why and how to take care of things like your knees is important. Most importantly we will be dialing in the form of each lift so they are ready to lift weights when they get to middle school
