About This Activity
Description
This program will drastically increase their knowledge of lifting weights and how to take care of their bodies. They will learn to push themselves and learn proper form while lifting. This program is advanced and will be very difficult. We will lift 4 days a week (M, T, TH, F) and we will swim on Wednesday. On (M, T, TH, F) @ 1-1:30 agility drills class will also come with this class. The kids will be getting 28hrs of weight training over the course of 7 weeks, 14hrs of agility and speed drills. Not only that but they will also get 7 hours of pool time!
