About This Activity
Description
This program will drastically increase their knowledge of lifting weights and how to take care of their bodies. They will learn to push themselves and learn proper form while lifting. This program is advanced and will be very difficult. We will lift 4 days a week (M, T, TH, F) and we will swim on Wednesday. On (M, T, TH, F) @ 1-1:30 agility drills class will also come with this class from 1-1:30. The kids will be getting 32hrs of weight training over the course of 8 weeks, 16hrs of agility and speed drills. Not only that but they will also get 8 hours of pool time!
A total of 56hr of training. 56hrs of training= 125 members 155 Nonmembers Non Members will get a pool pass they can only use to get into the YMCAs to swim only May 22-July 11Lifting at 9-10am Agilities class from 1-1:30pm Swim Laps on Wednesday For High SchoolAge Category
