In this energetic and joyful after-school class, students will embark on a cultural journey through the rhythms and dances of Spanish cultures! Each week, we’ll explore Spanish dance styles such as flamenco, sevillanas, and fandango, learning basic steps, claps, and hand movements to express ourselves through movement. Alongside dance, we’ll introduce mindful movement exercises, teaching students to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and improve focus. Through music, dance, and mindfulness, students will build confidence, coordination, and appreciation for a new culture. No dance experience required—just bring a smile and a willingness to move! ¡Vamos a bailar!
