Description
Zumba is a cardiovascular, toning and endurance workout that provides the perfect balance between group fitness workout routines and structured dance classes. It incorporates steps from kick boxing, capoeira, and boxing. That?s not it though; to make the class even more interesting and challenging, you will work on Plyometric, squats, lunges, running, and a great core workout. This is a high intensity class and in 60 minutes you are guaranteed to burn up to 1000 calories! Please register early so the program does not get cancelled.
