Welcome to the 2025-2026 CP Youth Basketball Program. We are happy that you have chosen us for your child’s basketball experience! We are excited to get the ball rolling and hope that you find the upcoming season to be rewarding for both you and your child.
Our program has 3 goals; *for the child to have fun *to learn *to want to continue to play.The Basketball Program at Carriage Place revolves around these 3 goals for everyone who participates! We encourage and expect everyone to be positive at all practices and games and to cheer for all the players, not just your child or your team. We also expect sportsmanship at all games towards the officials, staff, team members and coaches.
Registration for the upcoming season is Oct. 21 through Nov. 23 (unless a league fills prior). Registrations taken after Nov. 23 may or may not be accepted depending on availability of spaces per league. Once a league is full, players will be placed on a wait-list. Wait-listed registrants will be called if space becomes available.
Basketball season begins on Saturday, January 10, 2026 and will end on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
All games are played on Saturday with practice once per week.
Game Times: 8U= 7-8 yr. league: 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, 11:4510U= 9-10 yr. League: 12:45, 1:30, 2:15, 3:0012U= 11-12 yr. League: 3:45, 4:30
Practice Days/Times: Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00, 5:45, 6:30, 7:15, 8:00 pm
We will offer leagues for the following age divisions: (age as of Dec. 31, 2025)8U= 7-8 yr. / 10U= 9-10 yr. / 12U= 11-12 yr. **ALL LEAGUES ARE CO-ED**
The cost for the season is: $50 per child

Payment is by credit/debit card. Refunds will not be made after November 29, 2025! The fee is for the child’s uniform and games! Practice time is not a part of the fee and cannot be guaranteed! Each coach will set their practice schedule, please work with your coach and remember they are volunteers who are taking their time to work with your child!
Staff will assign players to individual teams. We will make efforts to place players on teams based on their request, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee these requests.
Volunteer Coaches are NEEDED! Please make sure to answer this question with contact information!
Once teams are assigned, we will notify the coaches and they will then begin to contact their players. Practices will begin the week after Thanksgiving and run through December. Once the season begins, practice is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to have time available for all the teams to practice once each week here at the center.
If you have not been contacted by your coach by Nov. 24, please contact the center and we will be glad to assist you.
