About This Activity
Description
This program is for anyone from beginner to advanced fitness participants. Learn about the fitness equipment (what it is, what it does, what muscles it works). Learn about basic workouts and hopefully have some fun. Must have a current Fitness Pass. Please scan your Fitness Pass when you arrive. Stop in anytime during the (2) hour period. No class Dates: 9.24, 10.22
