All participants must have a Leisure Card (free) obtain from the Front Desk. You must scan the Leisure Card at the Front Desk prior to each class. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, an Olympic sport and for many a way of life. Our class is for students who want to learn and develop their skills in this martial arts. Students will learn about the history and protocols of traditional Taekwondo. They will learn about etiquette, learn a small portion of the Korean language and will learn the basic motions of Taekwondo. Continuing students will build on their skills and knowledge as they progress towards their black belt. No Class Dates: 6.19.
