Description
Explore beloved Disney characters in this high-energy class for new performers! Whether your student longs to “let it go” like Elsa or “just can’t wait to be king” like Simba, they’ll have a blast singing, acting, and dancing with Disney characters in this introduction to the world of theatre! In addition to performance fundamentals, students will also develop problem-solving and collaborative skills… all while building confidence and having fun! Best for children who are new to the world of theatre!Creative Drama & Dance: Disney features a new curriculum each semester. Students are welcome to repeat the class
All students must be at least 5 years old and have begun Kindergarten in order to participate.
This school-year-long program includes 12 weekly class sessions. Students are welcome to join during the Spring Semester if space is available. The last day to join this class during the Spring is Saturday, February 7.
An informal semester final sharing will be held on April 11, 2026

Price includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
Registration prices for Coralville Parks & Recreation programs (including Young Footliters) are subsidized for City of Coralville residents. All others will see a "non-resident fee" which reflects the full cost of the program.
