Learn the art of being a true outdoorsperson! Our primary activities will be fishing, archery, and foraging along with skills that help you do those things well. Learn and develop diverse skill sets of food acquisition. Fish lessons, as allows, will include baiting, cleaning and cooking as well as gear, casting, and of course, fishing. Foraging will include plant ID and how to safely harvest in various seasons. Archery practice will occur several times throughout the week with an emphasis on safety, practical use and form.Locations vary: Mon, Tue, Friday at EE Wilson about 20 min north of Corvallis (parents/guardians to provide transportation). Wed, Thur at Willamette Park (Rotary Shelter is meeting place). More details to come in an email the week before camp.

Bring snacks, lunch and a water bottle each day! Campers should wear sunscreen and clothes that can get dirty and wet, should be able to stay focused for moderate tasks and have self control. Location will vary. Parents/guardians to provide transportation. M/W at Willamette Park. T/Th/Fri at EE Wilson (@20 minutes north of Corvallis)
