Students will be learning art history while exploring multiple medias. The students will be constantly learning about specific artists from the past while creating their own artwork. They will learn the techniques of the artists and learn to apply them in their own creations. The instructor, Alyssa, comes each week with a lesson plan and an art objective. Parents can interact with the instructor and discuss goals and artwork. A goal of the class will be to create a work of art for sale at a formal art show.
United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County (UCP-OC) serves children with various developmental disabilities including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and developmental delay, as well as children at risk for developing a developmental delay. We offer comprehensive services to children ages 0-22 and their families in order to meet the needs of our community.
