Ages 8-12
In this fun, hands-on class, kids will learn what it means to reduce, reuse, and recycle through a short presentation, group discussion, and interactive games. They’ll take part in a recycling sorting challenge and make bookmarks from old cereal boxes to learn how to reuse everyday items and reduce waste in creative ways.
This program is run by a Girl Scout working on their Gold Award, guided by their Troop Leader or other adult supervisor.
Program Fee: $3.00Non-Residents beginning Sept. 8

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person and is non-refundable. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
