COURSE DESCRIPTION
**No Training July 1st-5th** This is a 6-week multi-sport high intensity strength and conditioning summer program for high school student-athletes. This four-day per week program will increase each athlete's overall performance and prepare them for great success on the field or court of play. Program led by Strength & Conditioning Coordinators Tony Ollison and assistant coaches. A minimum of 10 students is required for all classes. Enroll early to prevent cancellation of of classes.
