About the CoachDawn Grunnagle is a Nike Sponsored 2016 Olympic Marathon Team Trials Qualifier. She has ten years experience as an elementary school teacher and has spent many years working with school aged children to improve their speed and agility with a focus on having correct fluid movement in their running form. She has also trained and coached junior high, high school, collegiate and adult runners on correct running position and bio-mechanics through drills and plyometric exercises.
