If you love to swim, bike, and run, this fast-paced camp is for you! Your day will begin with running, where you will learn how to run, how to pace yourself, and how to stay hydrated. We will then move to biking where you will learn how to set goals as we bike together for a few miles. After biking, we will jump in the pool for some laps and a nice cool down! You will need a bike, helmet, appropriate running and swimming gear, plus snacks to keep fueled for a busy morning. Bicycles can be kept on campus throughout the course of the week.
