Yoga is a fun form of exercise that provides many benefits to your entire body and mind. You will learn yoga at your own pace in a non-competitive environment. You will see yourself improve in physical balance, strength, and flexibility, and your ability to experience calm and relaxation. In each class, you will be guided in effective breathing, posture, toning, stretching, and strengthening. This is a great class to end your day with us! *Classes will NOT meet Friday, July 4.
