Hooping provides a great cardio workout that tightens abs, tones muscles, improves balance, works range of motion with the body and is tons of fun...so much fun that you may not realize you burn up to 8-10 calories a minute! Basic strength skills and moves are incorporated to help you sculpt and define your core muscles, using either weights or the 2 lb. weighted hula hoops. This self-paced class is great for the entire family and adaptable for all ages.
Children 7-11 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
