About This Activity

Description

Here's a healthy and entertaining way to burn calories and strengthen your core muscles. We've modified our 'Hooping for Health' class to incorporate not only hula hooping but additional movement exercises, strength and conditioning for your entire body. You get it all? With low-impact cardio moves, dumb-bell weights, hula hooping and the ranges of motions with your arms and legs, you may not realize you can burn a ton of calories and feel less stress from everyday life. The class will be self-paced and adaptable for all ages. Children 7-11 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
