If you get bored quickly or only have 1 hour to "get it all in" then 20/20/20 is for you! This class will consist of 20 minutes of cardio moves to get your heart rate up and your body warm, then 20 minutes of strength moves mostly using our own body weight, and lastly, 20 minutes of core strength, flexibility and balance.
