Weight Introduction Training for Teens (WITT) empowers teens ages 13-17 to confidently exercise and use weight rooms through comprehensive instruction in safe practices, fundamental movements, and healthy training principles. This training is completed in a single 2-hour session and includes learning materials, hands on practical experience, and is led by a Certified Personal Trainer. Passing this program allows students ages 13-14 access into Denver Parks and Recreation's weight & cardio rooms. Students will still be required to have a valid MY Denver card or membership for entry into the center.Age Category
