About This Activity
Description
This program is designed to introduce the fundamentals of distance running and track & field. Skill development will be stressed throughout the season and participants will have a basic understanding of rules, sportsmanship and self-discipline. Participants will compete in meets on Saturdays. Dates, times, and locations to be announced.
Please download and complete the Track Athlete's Responsibilities form and turn them in on the first day of practice.
