Girls Basketball Skills & FundamentalsLocation: Outdoor Basketball Courts at Apollo Park
Uniform: $15
Intro to Basketball is a beginner level skill development basketball program that will focus on the basic fundamentals necessary to play basketball.
Intermediate/Advance Skill Work is designed to help intermediate and advanced players take their game to the next level. We will focus on repetitive skill work and conditioning to help players hone. their skills and improve their physical fitness. We will also modify complex drills to ensure that all players are able to participate and benefit from the drills.
*No class on November 23 and November 26*
