The "Training Camp Series" is designed for athletes that are dedicated to elevating their game. This program is a combination of sport specific skill development, on the court/field tutelage and high performance strength conditioning and training. By blending all three phases of professional training into three hour sessions over several days, provides an athlete the ability to perform at their highest potential and achieve higher goals.
