About This Activity
Our young artists will build on their artistic talents with a whale shark swimming through the ocean floor and pixies playing in a garden! This week will also feature an amazing ocean scene of a popular Polynesian princess sailing into the waves, plus a silly island chicken! Students will love our large parrot and cartooning a cat and dog scene. They will end the week with a drawing of a brontosaurus! Students will complete at least 7 pieces of artwork for the week and take them home in an art portfolio on Thursday. Students will build on their drawing skills while also learning coloring techniques, blending, and color harmony using a variety of art mediums. Your child will have a blast and feel a great sense of accomplishment when they take home their own portfolio of artwork at the end of the week! Lessons change every week, register for one week or multiple weeks! Summer Camp Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before May 1st are fully refundable. Cancellations from May 1st - June 15th will receive a refund, less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations after June 15th are non-refundable. Make-up classes are not provided in the event your child is absent. Our summer camp will focus on the fundamentals of drawing and coloring using a wide variety of mediums. There will not be Color Me Mine ceramics in this camp. All supplies are included.
