About This Activity
Join us as students learn chalk pastel techniques with a beautiful sea turtle swimming in the deep ocean! They will also enjoy drawing a sweet cat and a pet guinea pig. Our artists will love our Polynesian boat ready to set off for its next adventure and favorite Polynesian characters. This week includes a mystical ogre and cartooning a triceratops! The week will end with drawing your own ant farm and some silly ant farmers! Students will complete at least 8 pieces of artwork for the week and take them home in an art portfolio on Friday. Students will build on their drawing skills while also learning coloring techniques, blending, and color harmony using a variety of art mediums. Your child will have a blast and feel a great sense of accomplishment when they take home their own portfolio of artwork at the end of the week! Lessons change every week, register for one week or multiple weeks! Summer Camp Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before May 1st are fully refundable. Cancellations from May 1st - July 13th will receive a refund, less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations after July 13th are non-refundable. Make-up classes are not provided in the event your child is absent. Our summer camp will focus on the fundamentals of drawing and coloring using a wide variety of mediums.
