About This Activity
Do you want a math challenge? Do you like puzzles and riddles? Then this is the club for you! Do you enjoy solving challenging math problems? Students in grades 4 - 6 are invited to join the Continental Mathematics League for the 2025-2026 contest year. CML after school experiences are designed to both maximize student opportunities to participate and to improve their problem solving capabilities. Students participate with other students on the same grade level from schools all over the United States. Practice problem-solving sessions are held virtually in a low stress environment to provide students the opportunity to solve challenging math problems before participating in the contests. Contests or ‘Meets’ are held periodically throughout the program and students are expected to work independently to solve problems within a prescribed time period. Dates: Mondays from November 3, 2025 to March 16, 2026 Time: 3:15-4:15pm Instructors: Mrs. Donovan & Mr. Pechie Maximum of 20 students.
