About This Activity
Description
Come as you are! Experience a week at beautiful YMCA Camp Whittle. Campers will make real connections and lifelong friendships, capture authentic moments that only nature can provide, and create unforgettable stories that will shape their character and build their confidence.Summer Sleep Away Camp is provided in weekly sessions, packed full of excitement. Campers arrive each Sunday and depart the following Saturday. Campers will be in age-based cabin groups of no more than 10 kids and 2 counselors. Ages depend on the week and the YMCA you are attending camp with.
Campers will experience the great outdoors at our ACA-accredited YMCA Camp Marcil, located is the San Bernardino Mountains. Activities include hiking, climbing tower, swimming, field games, arts & crafts, lakefront, and so much more!
Need financial assistance?The Y is committed to helping everyone achieve their potential. Through the generosity of donors, financial assistance, to the extent possible, is available for those needing assistance in paying for the full cost of a YMCA program or membership.

Cancellation Policy:In the event a camper needs to cancel registration, camper will need to send written notice of cancellation to the Center Camp Leader 21 days prior to the 1st day of camp. If written notification is received, a full refund minus the $180 non-refundable deposit will be provided. Cancellations within 21 days of the 1st day of camp will only receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit if the vacated spot is filled by another participant (from the waitlist, late registration, etc.).
A refund cannot be provided for participants already at camp and being sent home early for any reason.
