Register for All Three Workshops - Mondays AND Wednesdays November 7 - November 23
Don't just 'do' Pilates, learn Pilates and get the benefit of correct positioning and muscle focus. Pilates will improve muscle elasticity, joint mobility, enhance balance, develop opposing muscle strength, and build a strong core. These workshops are for the new student and the experienced Pilates enthusiast. Excercises can be modified for all fitness levels. Bring a mat and water. Mondays instructed by Shirley Ciofu and Wednesdays instructed by Monica Rynearson.
