TaeKwonDo is the martial art of Korea and utilizes both foot and hand techniques. Training emphasizes flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination. This class enhances confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Classes meet twice per week for seven weeks. A uniform may be purchased from instructor on first class. Sparring pads are also required and available per the instructor.
