Winter Song and Dance Intensive is a 3-day winter workshop led by Broward Center Artist-In-Residence Tammy Holder and NYC Choreographer Michael Stanek. Using repertoire from Broadway shows, students learn voice and dance techniques in a supportive and professional environment.
Rigorous training and serious fun!!
On the final day, Thursday, January 5 at 5:30 PM & 6:15 PM, students present a showcase for friends and family in the JM Family Studio Theater.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity for students to hone their song and dance skills for school or community choral and theater groups. Through large and small group work, students will increase technical abilities in theater dance, improve skills in choral ensemble work/sight reading and gain confidence performing and auditioning as a soloist.
No experience required. Students are grouped according to ability.
Class dates, times and teaching artists are subject to change. Class fees are non-refundable.
