Students will learn to complete watercolor paintings that glow through demonstrations and critiques. Students will learn how to control the brush, the paper and the paint by learning Dry-on-Dry, Dry-on-Wet and Wet-on-Wet techniques. They will learn the layering technique and how to mingle colors. Each week will be a different lesson designed to gain skills and have fun. Watercolor is a difficult medium requiring many hours of lessons but it is a loose, fun procedure that is magic. Students will complete a watercolor painting they will be proud to hang on their wall.
