This is an introduction class to health and fitness for teens. This class will focus on daily movements of daily life. Sessions will also focus on strength, speed, power and balance all through various trainings and FUN team building activities. This class gives your son or daughter a chance to develop as an individual and stand confident in any faced setting. This class will finish with light static stretching to conclude each session. This particular class will meet two days a week (Mondays & Wednesdays). A workout calendar will be distributed the first day of class. First class will meet at Wheeler Community Center Dance Room.
Please bring water and wear comfortable attire to exercise. Please no open toed shoes.
