About This Activity
Description
Stretch out those ski muscles and get ready for summer activities with Yogi Lauren Rice after school on Thursdays for grades 5-8. Kids will learn basic yoga poses and improve coordination, motor skills, and confidence in a safe and comfortable environment during this 4 class session. Weather permitting, we will practice outside! No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. FVCS has loaner mats if you are in need.
A yoga mat or blanket and a water bottle recommended.
