This activity is closed to further registration.
Each class begins with a 15 minute warm-up of stretching, turns, jumps, and leaps followed by approximately 10 minutes of technique in each: ballet, jazz, and tap. The remainder of class is spent on basic tumbling skills: straddle rolls, bridges, backbends, cartwheels, round offs, and front/back limbers.
All new students must start in beginner classes. Advanced classes are available per instructor's discretion.
