Hatha Yoga is a great way to decrease stress while increasing flexibility and strength. This class is perfect for all body types, new or experienced yoga practitioner. You will learn breathing techniques, standing and floor postures.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket (options yoga blocks, straps, and pillow).
