This non-contact, fitness-based class will introduce boxing fundamentals such as punch combinations, mitt/bag work, and high intensity cardio intervals in a safe and fun learning environment. Partner drills and a variety of boxing techniques will also be taught for a great, full-body workout. This class is perfect for youth and adults alike who are wanting to increase their physical fitness and explore what boxing has to offer.
