Back by POPULAR demand!!!! Are you ready for a one-of-a-kind camp and culinary adventure? We will pack our bags and “explore” Italy. Campers will learn about the wonderful Italian cuisine and create nutritious, gourmet lunches and snacks using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Imagine stopping off in Parma, gathering eggs, fresh mozzarella, nutmeg, Parmesan, and Swiss chard to make cheese ravioli. Create a REAL Italian lasagna surrounded by thin-as-angel-hair green pasta gently stuffed with a béchamel sauce, mouthwatering Bolognese and marinara basil sauce. Of course we have to visit Sicily and create razor thin pizza dough and another magical sauce with home-grown ingredients. Oh and we can’t forget Milan and a tender Osso Bucco slumbering on a warm Risotto alla Milanese. Learn to spiralize! Parents are invited to enjoy a multi-course outdoor dinner with pairings at the end of our action packed week. Our Italian 5 course feast will be prepared and served by our young chefs. New menu!
