Learn about the work that has transformed the structures from deteriorating ruins to functional buildings.
Canoa Ranch or Historic Hacienda de la Canoa, 5375 S. I-19 Frontage Rd., Green Valley
From Tucson - Take 1-19 south to exit 56 - Canoa Road. Go around the traffic circle until you are heading east. Turn left (north) on the east side frontage road for about ½ mile and turn at the Hacienda de la Canoa sign on your right.
The 90-minute guided tour is mostly outdoors and includes walking about ½ mile on uneven surfaces and up and down a series of steps. Bring water and wear close-toed walking shoes. No pets, please.
