New, first-ever Pilates program with certified instructor, Christa Angelo. See improvements in flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength- and decreased in back, neck, and joint pain. Designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body, focus on breathing patterns and build up core fortification through specific exercises for targeted stretching and support. This seven-week series meets every Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the new Fit Room at Fairgrounds Park, starting Sat. November 19, 2016. $50 for 7-week series, $10 drop-in. Minimum registration level: 8 pre-registered.
