This activity is closed to further registration.

Develop your balance, stamina, strength, mind and spirit. A slow continuous movement that can be called a moving meditation. Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. It strengthens muscles, builds bone density, aids in reduction of cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, is good for the mind and one's well being. It is very enjoyable to learn and do.
