Description
Interactive martial arts training classes to learn new skills. Increase confidence learning self-defense techniques through fun drills, technique training, and games. Muay Thai and Kickboxing: high intensity training, pad work, learning footwork, combinations, head movement, offense/defense, and exercises to improve cardio and fitness. Grappling: learning different wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques, submissions, takedowns, and exercises to improve strength and conditioning.Instructor: Geoff Sokol
