About This Activity
Description
Study the are of Self-defense/Kung Fu and learn self-discipline, confidence, coordination, and balance. Self-discipline skills will help improve attention and focus. Learn to resolve issues in a healthy, non-violent way. Student will know that fighting is the las possible option. Learn to be well rounded individuals that are leaders and teachers.
