Our kids yoga class gives elementary-age kids a playful, structured way to unwind, move their bodies, and practice calm focus after a busy school day. Each week, children explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations designed just for their age group.
- Through games, stories, and creative movement, students learn to:
- Develop body awareness and healthy posture
- Practice mindful breathing to settle energy and emotions
- Build social–emotional skills like self-regulation, empathy, and confidence
- Cultivate focus and relaxation through short guided meditations and visualization
Every class is interactive and fun—kids might pretend to be animals, travel on imaginative adventures, or work together in simple partner poses—while also learning lifelong tools for calm, resilience, and self-expression. Brought to you by experienced instructors of Peacebank Yoga Studio.
