Middle School Strength and Conditioning taught by Ali Winslow, M.S.,CSCS, CPT.
Superior athletic strength and conditioning program for middle school ages (11-14). Class will be focused on increasing overall speed, strength, power, agility, balance, coordination, control and focus. Classes will be progressive and will incorporate proper warmups, mobility/flexibility, proper movements, posture analysis, gait work and nutrition for sports. All levels welcome and no prior experience necessary.
Classes will be 1hr long. Maybe held outside and indoors.
